1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed the next business day.

Although we work with our shipping partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur because of: Weather conditions Courier delays Public holidays High order volumes Incorrect/incomplete address Remote delivery locations If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes: Metro Cities: 2-5 business days Other Locations: 3-7 business days Remote Areas: 5-10 business days Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and PIN code are correct before placing your order. If an order has already been dispatched and the address is incorrect, additional charges or re-shipping may apply depending on the circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information through email/WhatsApp/SMS, where available. You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.
7. Damaged Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us as soon as possible and provide: Order number Photos/videos of the package Photos of the product received We will review the issue and assist you according to our return/refund policy.
